Rustic Nesting Bowls in White Matte Glaze on Speckled Stoneware Five Piece Made in USA

This rustic five bowl nesting set was hand thrown and trimmed on my pottery wheel using a speckled brown stoneware clay. Each bowl was bisque fired and glazed with white matte glaze that allows the natural speckling of the clay to show through. The set was then high fired in my electric kiln. This set is really beautiful and would make a lovely wedding gift or special occasion gift for a gourmet lover.
For months I searched the internet to find a clay that has this depth of speckling in it. This particular clay comes from Canada, and while it is more costly than the local clays I use, I believe it's worth it to be able to make special pieces like this.
