This handmade mug was hand thrown and trimmed on my pottery wheel using white stoneware clay. Grooves were carved around the exterior of the mug that collects the glaze in a beautiful way during the firing of the piece. The mug was then bisque fired and glazed with a beautiful translucent blue gray glaze. It was then high fired in my electric kiln.
