Large Utensil Holder in Matte White and Speckled Stoneware, Handmade Ceramic Kitchen Crock

This large utensil holder was hand thrown on my pottery wheel using a brown speckled stoneware clay. It was bisque fired and glazed with a beautiful rustic matte white glaze that allows the natural speckling of the clay to show through and high fired in my electric kiln.
The roomy size will store a number of different sized kitchen utensils. This is a great piece to have to keep your kitchenware organized.
For months I searched the internet to find a clay that has this depth of speckling in it. This particular clay comes from Canada, and while it is more costly than the local clays I use, I believe it's worth it to be able to make special pieces like this.
Measures approximately: 6.5" wide across the top and 6" high.
